Check out Ruby text. First you need to go to Tools > Options > Language
Settings, and enable support for Asian languages.

Then open a new document and go to Format > Page > Text Grid. You'll
have to play with the settings to get it to work right, but I have
managed to create the standard three lines of original, gloss, and
translation where the gloss matches the spacing of the original.
