Actually if you have the misfortune to be in this situation (3.0.1 and 0.9.5 or earlier (I had 0.9.4.)), then the following worked for me: $ # Note installed packages ..... $ cd ~/.openoffice.org/3/user/uno_packages/cache $ rm -rf uno_packages uno_packages.db $ # Reinstall packages and 0.9.6 LT ...... Suboptimal, but preferable to reinstalling OOo.
