For a very small fee, you can get a CD mailed to 
you.  Look around the site for it; downloading is 
not the only way to get OO.o.

As for getting a refund on a contribution, I'm not 
sure I ever heard of that before.  It's not 
necessay in any way to contribute to anything on 
OO.o in order to get the software.  Are you 
certain you were at OO.o at the time?  IMO you did 
something generous and shouldn't ask for your 
money back, but rather ask for the OO.o program on 
a CD to be mailed to you.  They don't really make 
any profit off it, they just recoup their own 
costs from the look of it.
