     There are a couple of things that need to be done. Click the image 
to highlight it. (It will have 8 green "handles" around the perimeter.) 
1) Right click again and select Anchor > To Character.
This should place the top of the image at the top of that line.
2) Right click inside the image and select Graphics. Click the Wrap tab. 
Start with clicking Wrap before icon.
     If you want the image higher than this, try moving the image's 
anchor up. This may require some playing around with the settings in 
the Graphics' Wrap tab at the same time to get what looks right to you.
