That's the problem, 'anywhere convenient' is 400 lines down!


It is easier than any of the above.  Starting with the row immediately below 
the one you wish the
new rows to appear after, use your mouse to select 25 rows.  It doesn't matter 
whats in them.  Then
right click on the top row of the selection and select "Insert Rows."  It will 
insert 25 blank rows,
moving the existing rows down 25 lines.


I think that is what Richard Detweiler suggested and it does work.
