I opened a Word doc in Writer and found that almost all of the lines in
the table of contents were marked "Error: Reference source not found".
In addition, the corresponding lines in the body had the same addenda.
By opening the doc in Word, I found that the TOC was built with
hyperlinks and that apparently they do not "translate" appropriately in
Writer.
Is there a fix?
Will I run into a problem later if I do a global search and replace on
the phrase?
