Drew, Your posts often include language about legal perspectives. The post
that I'm responding to suggests possible codification of a "customer
service" role. Seeing that I am curious to know: what are your legal
qualifications, what area of law do you believe this idea to be governed by,
what if any risks or advantages do you forsee from adopting or ignoring the
practice you suggest and last what skin do you have in the game, IOW
personal or company interest and what viewpoint is being promoted?
