The ignorance in linking shut-downs with "causing severe hard drive damage, resulting in the purchase of several new hard drives", and causing a highly probable M$ non-journalling FS crash can only be smiled at. (S)He should buy M$ office and be happy with it. Nobody forces anyone to use oss <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Open-source_software> or foss <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FOSS>. Nobody has the right either to shout at others or insult the philanthropic work of others for providing a oss democracy. Such infantile behaviour only reflects a troubled personality (DSM-IV <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DSM-IV> and Personality Disorder <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Personality_disorder>). People who honestly need help and looks for help do not react with such an "off the wall" insulting attitude.
