Richard, on the odd chance that you are serious and not merely a troll, may I ask how you expect the OOo auto-save procedure to be able to save anything in the event that your OS «decides» to reboot in the middle of a file being saved ? It seems to me that the «instability» you here describe pertains rather to your operating system than to OOo. Perhaps you could inform us just what OS you use, so that we could avoid it in the future ?... Henri
