This feature already has been in the Navigator for a long time. But
nowadays one must press the shift key while dragging in order to get
this drag&drop behavior inside the navigator while with earlier
OpenOffice.org and StarOffice versions this was not the case. I don´t
know the reason for this change tough, sorry. And well this is only
possible when you switch to ContentView, of course.
I do not have to use the Shift key :-)
Don´t know what rid me the other day now it works in my version without
the shift key too. Maybe i was doing something wrong the other day.

Yes and you have to select headings first of course.
