Perhaps if you were to detail specifically what keyboard shortcuts you
are looking for someone could offer advise. Please also include, as a
minium: OOo version and if it is a standard OOo or a branch supplied
OOo, OS (details please), and what you have attempted so far - for
instance have you tried Tool|Customize|Keyboard?

Your key combinations are non-standard for nearly all systems, example:
ctrl-a is standard for 'copy all'.
