Unless the recipients have installed the Sun ODF plugin that provides
this capability to MS Office, you'll need to send your resume in a
different format. The most reliable way would be to use File > Export as
PDF (or File > Send > E-mail as PDF), if they don't need to search for
keywords; that way you could be quite sure of what they're seeing.
Another alternative is to use File > Save As and choose the .doc format,
making sure that automatic file name extension is selected, then attach
that file to your e-mail. Or you can use File > Send > E-mail as
Microsoft Word.
