Seriously - this is a case for moderator unsubscription.
More likely Joe sent it to the wrong address - he is subscribed here,
and has posted OOo related msgs in the past.
This is a known scam. Someone spoofs an email, requests monetary
assistance be sent to a particular location and disappears. I would
verify any email like this with the purported originator.
