I have a large spreadsheet. Is there a "Go To" command to go to a specific cell.
At the left of the "Input line" - above the sheet area - there is a Name Box. You can type the required cell name (e.g. F15) there.
For example, Is there some way to "name" a cell and then use that "name" in a "Go To" command so that "named" cell appears on the screen?
You can do that, too. Select the cell or range of cells. Go to Insert | Names > | Define... and define a name for the cell or range. Click the down-arrow in the Name Box and that name will now appear in a drop-down list. Click it and the cell or range will be brought into view and also be selected.
You can do other things with the Navigator: go to Edit | Navigator (or press F5).
I trust this helps. Brian Barker --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected]
