You can unsubscribe the old account by e-mailing from that account to [email protected], or from this gmail account (which is not subscribed) using the alternate format [email protected] (note the equals sign replacing the at sign in the old address). In both cases, you'll have to be able to respond to the confirmation message sent to the old account to be unsubscribed. Even if you get the confirmation message on your new account, you can respond to it from gmail and still be unsubscribed (that could happen if the messages from the old account are being forwarded, even if you are not logging on there).
