Record the insertion of the accented letters, and the ¿ and ¡, as
macros and assign keyboard shortcuts to them. For example, I would use
Ctrl+Alt plus the letter as it is on your English keyboard. Thus, Ctrl
+Alt+a inserts á, and so on. 

You might have to move some of the preinstalled shortcuts in order to
make the shortcut available for your macros.
