Hello Sandy,

Error 1935 pops up on this list evry now an then.
Different solutions have been offered:
• when the download is done, disconnect the computer from internet, disable
anti-virus and firewire, run the installation of OpenOffice.org, then enable
anti-virus and firewire before reconnecting to the internet
• update your Microsoft Framework .NET
• update your Microsift installer software

Hope one of these helps, otherwise come back with your findings to this
list.
