This is the message I receive when I sign onto my home PC:

"OpenOffice.org cannot be started due to an error in accessing the
OpenOffice.org configuration data. Please contact your system administrator.
The following internal error has occurred:GetStorage, name:"No Content!"

This is my system:

PC with Windows XP/Professional built by Computer Renaissance; memory: 256MB
DDR400

THIS IS WHAT I HAVE DONE IN THE LAST WEEK:

I contacted place of purchase (C.R.) for help. They referred me to
OpenOffice.org to reinstall. I could not get a clear understanding of how to
"reinstall" the program from this website. I found the users list, and I
posted my question; and someone kindly answered me by telling me to "re-name
OpenOffice". However, that did not work. I have restored my computer to a
date before my problem, tried to repair and modify the program (which tells me
that a java environment could not be located). I have looked at my programs .
. . they are all there as far as I can tell. I have cleaned up space in my C
drive. I JUST DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO! I have work that I need to do but
cannot do any of it because I depend on OpenOffice.

SOMEONE . . . PLEASE HELP ME. WHAT DOES THE ERROR MESSAGE MEAN?

IF YOU CAN PROVIDE ME WITH EVERYDAY ENGLISH, STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS OF WHAT
I NEED TO DO, PLEASE RESPOND!!! THANK YOU!
