It sounds as if you have downloaded the install file onto your desktop.
What ahppens when you double click the install file? Does it start doing
anything?
When you reply can you please answer the questions and let us know the
operating system you are using, and the name of the file you have
downloaded. We can hopefully help you a little more from there.
