Hello Everyone
I am using OpenOffice.org 3.20 DEV300_m46 on Linux (Fedora 8) My
question is, how do I open up a text file from the command line using
the default document that I have OO.org set to start with.

If I open up OO.org writer, it starts with the default document that I
set it to open with. This document has two columns, spaced .25 inches
apart, as well as a blank header, and a footer with the page number in
it. If I choose to insert a plain text file into this default
document, it behaves exactly as expected/desired: the resulting
document is exactly as described above, except it now contains the
intended file.

If I run a command from a terminal such as this:
swriter 01-Genesis.txt

the result is that it opens the file as preformatted text, which, as
you know, the default document of that format looks nothing like the
two column, header & footer document I described above.

If I can figure out how to open up multiple plain text files from the
command line, with the result being that they are all in the intended
two column, header and footer default page style that I have set, this
will save me a lot of time on what I want to accomplish. The stumbling
block being, as explained above, the fact that OpenOffice.org insists
on opening plain text files as Preformatted Text when I open them from
the command line.

Any ideas that will help me accomplish what I am after are greatly
appreciated.
