At the end of every message that comes from this list, the mailing list
software adds these lines that describe how to unsubscribe.
*To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected]
For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected]

You need to send a message from the account where you receive these
email messages. The message subject and body are ignored, so you can
leave them empty. The mailing list software sees the address from which
the message was sent and attempts to unsubscribe that address. If that
address is subscribed, the software sends a message requesting
confirmation to this address (to prevent malicious unsubscribing). With
most email software you can just reply to the confirmation request and
the mailing list software will unsubscribe you.
Note that we can't unsubscribe for you, you have to do it yourself by
sending a message as described here.
