Ok, Actually in this case, Windows Apps (tasks) are exec'ed in a
windows-on-windows session (And its called WOW) that is in 32bit mode. This is
sort of like "windows95 compatable mode "WOW" under NT/XP. Of course the 64
bit version of windows is Windows Server 2003... ( 64-bit hardware for what
essentially continues to be a 2 bit OS - one bit for reset, one to disable
interrupts... hmmm I guess they really do need more bits) :-)
I can't help but add that "WOW" has to be one of the more extremely annoying
terms (to say the least) even by MS "standards" - noting that BSOD is not an
official abbreviation!
