Never mind. Google found it for me. It was under View > Selection, not
View > Toolbars. Dumb thing to call it and dumb place to put it. It's a
toolbar, dang it. It belongs in the Toolbar list.

Oh well. We now return you to your regularly scheduled OOo list.
