Just checked and yes response is correct - works .... with guest user account fine I am working with XP PRO and was doing some updates and cleaning offloaded Open Office and reloaded new one - looks great by the way OK usually do all work in non admin account but sometimes when working as admin waiting for downloads also using open office - take notes or just working while waiting for result from other task But am lazy and mouse not working properly so forced to use touch pad so to make life easy have set up docs to work and save to folder in other non admin account And so this is the bug - not serious because no one really works in admin account but interestingly for your information, Open Office defaults to USA dictionary and when you change it to another all docs open out fine .... until you close When you reopen app in admin you find has defaulted back to USA No biggie but as I said for your information Thanks for a great program anyway By the way Have not checked out but did find in older version 3 that text saved to doc did not save true to layout when reopened and found it safer for my painstaking CVlayout to export to PDF so 2 page or 1 page doc would open on HR machine just the way i laid it out and not leak over into another page Sadly HR do not like PDF's - they claim they can't paste and copy as easily - I say they just not worked out how to do it yet !! But a little annoying when layout took ages to get all on one page and now has leaked over into second .. so they think you is rubbish at layout!!! Generally Word 07allows embedding of margins etc - but as I say have not checked out OO latest yet Just a small thing again thanks for great program anyway Moira
