> Hello! > > Dose anyone know how/where to get a Macro Migration Tool? > I Searched it on the google . all webpages said where was a Tool could > do xxxxx ,but no one said where to get this. > > I have too many MS Excel Macro for work, and never wanna rewrie them > all. It's too terrible...>_< > > Thx VM! > As a general rule those converting the office to OO.o tend to keep an old licensed copy of Office around for old Macros. Just make the rule that new Macros be in OO.o and any older spreadsheets be reviewed for update to ODF when modifications are required. Sun StarOffice has a Office Macro tool but it isn't foolproof AFAIK. They do claim that StarOffice 9 converts Office Macros instantly: http://www.sun.com/software/staroffice/faqs.jsp#g1 See the answer to question 11. One copy of StarOffice 9 may be of benefit to you. Any reference at Sun to the "Macro Conversion Tool" referred to StarOffice 8 circa 2004-5 AFAICT. -- Michael All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well - Julian of Norwich 1342 - 1416 --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected]
