In particular click "OpenOffice.org Basic Macros and
Libraries<http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/Administration_Guide/Using_Custom_Macros_and_Libraries>on
the right hand side of that page. Note that the guide is manly for
network installations but I think it's relevant to your situation.
