o Either select the field or put the cursor immediately in front of it.
o Go to Edit | Fields... (or right-click | Fields...).
o Under Format, select an appropriate format.
o Or, if necessary (as here), click "Additional formats...".
o Enter an appropriate code in the "Format code" box. You probably
need something like "MMMM D YYYY" or perhaps "MMMM DD YYYY".
