You could use condition format (Menu->Format->ConditionFormat)(In Chinese 菜 单->格式->条件格式)
But , you need to set a cell-format(In Chinese 单元格样式) first(make a red cell , select it, then press F11 on your keyboard). Then , you could choose the cell-format in the condition-format-dialog. Sorry , I use a Chinese-Version-OOo , So i don't know the Englist name of those menus and other names , but i think you could guess them by the meaning.... -----Original Message----- From: 章新春 [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Friday, June 05, 2009 11:22 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [users] how to automatically set cell's color according to some rules? hi all, is there a way to set the cell's color according to some rules automatically? take the table below for example. if the second column's number equals 1, i want to it displays in red. and i want this rule could automatically applied to the entire sheet. 43.69 3 S 43.7 1 B 43.7 9 B 43.6 2 B 43.6 5 B thanks. -- Best Regards, Tony.
