You could use condition format (Menu->Format->ConditionFormat)(In Chinese 菜
单->格式->条件格式)

But , you need to set a cell-format(In Chinese 单元格样式) first(make a red
cell , select it, then press F11 on your keyboard).
Then , you could choose the cell-format in the condition-format-dialog.

Sorry , I use a Chinese-Version-OOo , So i don't know the Englist name of
those menus and other names , but i think you could guess them by the
meaning....
