Walter, I'll be happy to look at the spreadsheet, most especially if there is some problem you are having. Is there? My thrust here was to give you an idea for how to approach your problem yourself instead of you feeling like you have to cajole someone here into do it for you. Give a man/teach a man. Anyway, I'll look at the spreadsheet (it did arrive here) but I likely won't have any comments unless there is some portion where you are having trouble. Eventually we all want you to be successful, but getting you there does usually start with you. That said, folks here have helped me at times and I certainly want to return the favor if I can.
