SOUNDS like they did a complete restore on your hard drive. Hummmmm yea if open office did not come on your pc , as I am sure it did not you have lost all. They should have back up all your files before they did the restore; best advice I can give is to ask them if they did a backup of your files.

We have been using Open Office for several years now and have quiet a bit of information stored with in the system. However the computer has been serviced recently. Since this time we have been unable to access any documentation, it seem to be not on the system, I have tried download the program again however the screen is coming up as an NSIS error saying Installer Integrity check has failed and the file is corrupted or damage. Have you got any suggest to fix this problem. Coincidently the other computer we owe still has the program on it and was updater fine. .
