Any chance that the file path on the original system contains a 'funny' character, e.g. a single quote? OOo Calc is known to choke in such a situation, and something in the path seems to be confusing Calc--it hasn't even loaded the formula correctly (note the strange syntax: "[.$I$25]").
That would also explain why it works for one user and fails with another. A user name like "O'Brien" could cause such a problem.
