OpenOffice.org is free software. There is no one to call. Support (also free) is via the web and/or via this e-mail list which is run by users around the world who volunteer time to help other users. Given that you have found this e-mail list you have also found the place from which to download the software. In other words, go to www.openoffice.org and click the Download *tab* (not the big green button but the little white "tab" - like on a file folder). To the right of the page that opens is a link for installation instructions and also a big green button for actually downloading the software. I strongly recommend you carefully read the installation instructions after you have downloaded the software but before trying to install it. If you have problems come back to this list (*not* to me personally, please) with complete details of what you did and what happened. Oh, and with details of which Operating System you are running (Windows Vista Home, FreeBSD, Mac OSX, whatever).
