1. Go to google.com and type in "openoffice dictionary dutch"
2. Click the first link:
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=43716
3. go to the section titled "spell and hyph dictionaries"
4. select 'Download nl_NL.zip'
Google is your friend, please use it...
There are a number of places you can get language packs, of which these
are two:
