OK - done. I suspect operator error and/or some other problem with your rounding issue. I have tested (as you suggested: <quote> in 2.x try entering this into a cell: 317907977. Open it and modify in a later version of 2.x then in 3.0 then 3.1. See if it rounds up. </quote> with WinXPPro: 2.4.1 ==> 2.4.2 ==> 3.0.0 ==> 3.1.0 No rounding errors, no issues.
