Hi there, I'm having a problem copying text from an email to a 3.1 text document....when I go to paste it won't respond, freezes up with the hourglass thing...I hit close program, it closes. I open up the program again and it asks me if I want to recover document, I hit yes, and it recovers the document but I go to copy again and it does the same thing....any ideas on what's up or how to fix? many thanks, Kathy
