I am stuck trying to update to 3.1. I downloaded 3.1. I clicked on it it to unzip the various files. I could not get it to work. I have tried deleting everything and starting again, but I get the same results. When installing I am told that I have 3.1 open somewhere ( it isn't as far as I know) and it bombs. I am running the latest version of Vista.
Any suggestions would be welcome as I cannot fathom how your help site works. Gerry Hughes
