Using the Insert -> Fields -> Other (Ctl+F2), you can select what you
want inserted and where. The pop-up box has several tabs, the first is
Document with File name as an option. This should update each time the
file is saved using the "Save As" option. It worked here on XP with OOo
v3.1.
