Do you want a table of content with hyperlinks? You do not have to
use HTML to do this. It can also be done in *.sxw files.
For information, Help > Contents > Contents (tab). Double click
Text Documents. Double click Tables of Content and Indexes under it.
Double click Creating a Table of Content. This has instructions on
creating a table of content. Create your table of content from them
first.
At the bottom of that help page is a list of Related Topics. Click
Formating an Index or Table of Contents. This will tell you how to
setup the hyperlinks you want.
