Go to http://download.openoffice.org/ and download the FREE program and
try to get your money back from where ever you purchased this
FREE program. It is free to download, free to use and free to own. If
they directed you to this mailing list as being THEIR support, they
mislead you. This is a user mailing list made up of users like
yourself. Everyone here will try to help you with any questions but
there are no guarantees someone here will have the answer you seek.
