Thank you, John. I am using Okular in KDE 4.3. I will test in other
PDF readers and research the Okular situation. Thanks.
There are some bugs reported against Okular and page rendering.
I have my own issues with Okular.
I downloaded and looked at your document in Okular 0.8.4 with KDE 4.2.4
I see pages rotated (42{52} and 43{53}) and no page problems in my quick
scan of the document.
