You get a grid with your existing form controls for free when you hit
the last button of toolbar "Form Navigation" while working with the form.
If you want to draw a so called table control in design mode then you
should push the special button on toolbar "Form Controls" having the
tool tip "More Controls". This pops up another toolbar with additional
types of form controls.
