Wait for the sparks when users of English (USA) want "one hundred three"!

I know Americans say "one hundred three" but do they really write it like that too? And is it correct? I thought it was similar to many Americans saying things like "jump off of the chair" which in the UK is just plain wrong and which "educated" Americans also think is wrong - correct being simply "jump off the chair". Also things like "he should of done it" instead of "... should have ..." which many Americans say/write but which are actually wrong. Or?

Anyway, my example works as I said regardless of whether my Calc document is set for UK English or for US English.
