[users] Problem in OpenOffice

I want to report a possible error in OpenOffice.
Caracter�stics:

Windows 2000, SP4;
OpenOffice 1.9.104;
Extensions .ott (Created in OpenOffice 1.9.104);

When I try to open a template in OpenOffice it gives me the errors that are within the fotos I sent to you.
The first picture shows that OpenOffice changes the template's name.
The second shows that the name of the first template it's not there.
How can I sove this?
