Ugh. Did you try a file search for it?
It's not normally needed anymore, and I know there was some discussion
of phasing it out altogether, but it's still distributed with the Linux
package.
I expect you could accomplish the same job manually, using a text
editor, but I could only guess what might be involved.
Maybe someone else has another idea...
