Hello, For this particular aspect, it doesn't make a difference if I use the OOo dialogs. The advantage is that it presents me the original folder (or the folder chosen as default for new files), but OTOH it doesn't show the colours I have given to my folders in order to find them more easily. The easiest solution is to change the file format in the save as dialog, not wait for OOo to propose changing the file format after you hit the Save button. Johnny: map is folder (or directory) - scandinavian languages and dutch are family after all On a Mac, the Tools>Options path is replaced by OOo>Preferences (which is what Mac-users are accustomed to) -- Guy using dutch OOo Aqua 3.1.1 on a iMac Intel DualCore Leopard and brazilian OOo Aqua 3.1.1 on an Intel MacBook Pro Leopard -- please reply only to [email protected] -- Dodoes can't afford to have headaches --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected]
