I myself don't have a clue how to get "Thunderbird" to show them to you.
What I do know is that some email clients don't like to. I use alpine
which will switch to a full header view on a single keystroke...
(while viewing a message in alpine I press 'h' And it shows me ALL the
headers. {It also stops trying to render any html embedded in the email
and shows me the actual raw html instead})

Perhaps some Thunderbird guru will tell you how to do this with Thunderbird...
