[users] Sorting in Report

i'm making a report, based on a query. The report is Grouped and Sorted, first on Date, then Neighborhood, then Street. In the detail area, the first control is the house number which, when the report is generated, does not order the house number in ascending order. i've ordered the field in the query and even in the table, but the report continues to present the house numbers in a jumbled order. Is there any way to get the report to order the house numbers in ascending order?
