The address from which you are posting ([email protected]) is not
recognized as being a subscriber, it is being routed through the
moderator. Whatever the subscribed address is, that's the one that has
to be unsubscribed; you can find that by looking at the header for a
message you're getting from the list, and seeing what is in the
Return-Path header. For example, your message came to me with
Return-Path: <[email protected]>
because my subscribed address is [email protected]. Let's say that the
subscribed address is [email protected]. Then you can use the
[email protected] account with the indirect form
([email protected]) to submit the
request, and then look for the unsubscribe confirmation message, which
will go to [email protected] but should be redirected to
[email protected]. You can then reply from this account to complete the
unsubscribe.
