I hope someone more clever will show me how to enter a non-breaking space in the Find or Replace fields in respect to Writer, so I may find or replace. Yes, I know how to enter it into document text and how to copy and paste. I was hoping for a more elegant solution, as ancient as in Word 97. I have made a cursory and futile investigation in OO for way to insert something analogous to "^t" in Find field, which is the Tab character in Word 97.
