Yes. http://download.openoffice.org/index.html > > Can someone tell me in words of one syllable how to do it? No... Not unless you tell us what you've already tried. Further, this is a standard OOo list. While many of us here also use Ubuntu, and can indeed tell you how to install (U)OOo 3.x on Ubuntu, this list does not deal with linux/mac/windows/etc., versions of go-oo (http://www.go-oo.org/) OOo which Ubuntu uses. You can wait 26 days & upgrade to Ubuntu 9.10 (karmic), or you can install on 9.04 (which I assume you are using, but failed to bother telling anyone) via the PPA repository. You've provide no information on what you've attempted to do, what the results were, etc., etc. If you want help then provide some details so that others can help. Turn the question around & think how you would react if someone (that you didn't know) sent you the same email... what information would you ask for? --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected]
